This wonderful shop is dedicated to providing the highest quality ARIZONA local pasture-raised and sustainable meat products to the community of Central Phoenix. They partner with local farms and ranches that prioritize sustainable land practices and healthy animals. Including Arizona Grass Fed Beef, Black Ranch, Blue Goose Farms, CPR Meats, Cream CO Meats, Emigh Lamb, my friends at Moon River Beef, Rancho Llano Seco, L Bell Ranch, and Lucky B Acres.
They offer cuts of meat from the whole animal, which gives you the opportunity to taste the difference pasture-fed, sustainable, ethically-raised, local butchering can make.If you’re ever in the 7th Avenue and McDowell area, be sure to stop by and check out this amazing new butcher shop! I couldn’t be more tickled that a new local business moved into the historic My Florist Plaza!
I went to visit on opening weekend and got to try some of their delicious meats, local dairy and artesian jams, honey, dairy products, pieces and parts, sandwiches, (soon) charcuterie boards and SWAG! The meats were delicious, and the Underbelly team was super friendly, VERY educational and welcoming.
