Meet DeDe Forwood
Wyoming born, Arizona resident since 2001 — and proud of it. I'm a full-time REALTOR® with HomeSmart, transaction coordinator, notary public, and dog rescue mama with 8+ years helping clients buy, sell, and invest across the Valley.
My dad was a Marine Attack Pilot who flew A-4 Skyhawks, so I grew up moving constantly — Pensacola, Yuma, Beeville, Wisconsin, Salt Lake City, and finally Phoenix in 1985. That upbringing taught me how to make anywhere feel like home, and I bring that mindset to every client.
Before real estate I spent 20 years as a traveling Project Manager in video and LED engineering and event production. Those years sharpened my project management skills and attention to detail — which I now combine with tech-savvy digital marketing to get homes sold faster and buyers into the right property.
I specialize in Phoenix's historic neighborhoods, the Central Corridor, and the West Side and North/Northwest Valley — but I cover the entire Valley of the Sun: New River to Laveen, Wittmann to Fountain Hills, Tempe to Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and beyond.
