That preparation helps us move confidently when the right home comes on the market, prevents unnecessary surprises, and makes the entire process more enjoyable.

Our First Steps Together
Let's Meet
We'll spend time talking about your goals, your timeline, your budget, your lifestyle, and what you're hoping your next chapter looks like.
Financing or Proof of Funds
If you're financing your purchase, we'll obtain an Arizona loan prequalification from your lender. If you're purchasing with cash, we'll review proof of funds. Knowing your buying power helps us focus on homes that fit comfortably within your budget.
Buyer Representation
Before scheduling private home tours, we'll review the Buyer Representation Agreement together. I'll explain it in plain English, answer every question you have, and make sure you're completely comfortable before signing anything. There are never any surprises.
Personalized Home Search
We'll narrow your search based on your budget, lifestyle, neighborhoods, commute, priorities, and long-term goals. The better we define your search, the less time we spend looking at homes that aren't the right fit.
Private Home Tours
Now the fun begins. We'll schedule private showings for homes that truly fit your goals and are within your budget.
Respecting Everyone's Time
Private home showings require preparation from sellers.
Many sellers spend hours cleaning, gathering children, loading pets into the car, interrupting work schedules, or leaving their home so buyers can comfortably tour the property.
Out of respect for their time and effort, private showings should be scheduled for buyers who are prepared to purchase if they find the right home.
This preparation also benefits buyers because it allows them to move quickly and confidently when they find the right home.
This process isn't about creating barriers.
It's about respecting everyone involved.
